Richard's most recent efforts have been commited toward bringing to the web a site focused on the job search needs of the growing population of senior workers in America. The site is called SeniorsWork.net, and offers senior workers an approach and "one-stop" resources for conducting a targeted job search beginning from where the job seeker lives and working outward. SeniorsWork.net is a massive site, covering all 50 states, and containing thousands of links to resources for senior workers. Users begin with their own city or metro area and use the resources expanding their search outward to include state and federal agencies, major job boards, etc. SeniorsWork.net also includes useful resources for those senior workers interested in improving their employment qualifications through continuing their education, and also includes resources for those senior workers interested in starting their own business. SeniorsWork.net is NOT an ad-supported site, but rather it relies solely on the donations of its users to continue and expand its services to senior workers.
